20th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s 2019

The Kingdom of Bahrain is celebrating the 20th anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, accession to the throne.

The Kingdom of Bahrain is celebrating the 20th anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, accession to the throne.

On this national occasion, the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies issues a book, contains a number of chapters that review the most important moments in the history of Bahrain from the beginning of the rule of the Al Khalifas to the reign of His Majesty the King. The book highlights the successes led and achieved by His Majesty the King in the political, diplomatic, security and military spheres, as well as the empowerment of Bahraini women who were able to assume high positions in government and the private sector. The book contains numbers and statistics that show the extent and significance of achievements in the economic, health, education, cultural, tourism and other sectors. In the meantime. Bahrain continues to enhance its development in the area of public liberties and freedom of the press and His Majesty continues to encourage and promote arts, literature, science, humanities and other fields.

In cooperation with the Center, The Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, Bahrain Post is honored to issue a stamp and a souvenir sheet, with a design that represents the cover of this valuable book.

The first-day envelope is stamped with a 750-fils and is available at all branches of Bahrain Post.
