Fees

Have a look at postal fees

The law requires that postal and courier and express operators charge at least twice the rate of the Bahrain Post basic letter tariff (letter weighing 50 grams) to protect universal delivery throughout Bahrain. There are no other restrictions on pricing for courier and express operators. Operators found to be charging less than twice the basic letter tariff are liable to prosecution and to having their license suspended.

Bahrain Post tariffs shall be subject to agreement with the Postal Regulator.

Quality of Service Standards

All operators shall be responsible for establishing their own standards of service and presenting them to customers and the Postal Regulator.
