• Regulate the civil aviation sector and activate the regulatory and supervisory role in accordance with national and international regulations
• Enhance Bahrain’s position in providing navigation and meteorology services 
• Develop the civil aviation sector’s Infrastructure 
• Develop economic activities and attract companies to create new opportunities within the aviation sector and subsequently increase its contribution to the economy

Ports and Maritime Affairs

• Regulate the ports and maritime sector to strengthen Bahrain`s position as a leading maritime and logistics hub
• Develop the port and maritime sector’s operations and services to enhance Bahrain’s regional and global position.  
• Develop the ports and maritime and logistics infrastructure and ensure the optimal use of the Kingdom’s assets

Land Transport Affairs

• Regulate the land transportation sector by setting the regulatory framework and governance that aims at increasing the sector’s efficiency, safety, and competitiveness. 
• Develop the sector’s infrastructure and diversify the modes of public transport to enhance Bahrain’s economic position and regional standing 
• Enhance land connectivity between Bahrain and its neighboring Gulf States
