HE Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, received HE Ando Toshihide, Assistant Foreign Minister and Director General of the Middle Eastern and African Affairs Bureau at Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

HE Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed highlighted the Kingdom of Bahrain's commitment to strengthening its friendship and strategic partnership with Japan, advancing cooperation in transportation, telecommunications, logistics services, and digital transformation, to ensure prosperity and development for both nations and their people.

For his part, Ando thanked the Minister for his commitment to strengthening cooperation and promoting economic and technological partnerships between the two countries, wishing Bahrain and its people continued progress and prosperity.
