HE Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, received Khaled Abdul Salam Al Mekwad, the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Bahrain.  

The minister highlighted the government’s commitment to further developing cooperation with the UN and its agencies, focusing on the development of transportation, communications, and digital transformation in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) (2025 - 2029).  

On his part, Al Mekwad expressed his appreciation to the Bahraini government for its support of the UN country team, wishing Bahrain continued success.
