Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, received Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Chairman of Zain Bahrain.

The minister highlighted Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening public-private partnerships to modernize digital infrastructure and enhance telecommunications and IT services. He commended Zain Bahrain’s contributions to the sector, particularly in providing innovative digital solutions that support the country’s digital transformation goals and meet the needs of individuals and businesses.

Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali expressed appreciation for the ministry’s efforts in developing Bahrain’s digital infrastructure and regulatory framework and promoting smart solutions for sustainable development. He emphasized Zain Bahrain’s commitment to working with the ministry to enhance Bahrain’s position as a regional hub for telecommunications and technological innovation.
