The Ports and Maritime Affairs is responsible for implementing the port tariff for Mina Salman Port, as well as for private ports and jetties. This includes, but is not limited to, vessel and/or cargo agents, brokers, freight forwarders, shippers, and consignees. Additionally, a separate official tariff exists for Khalifa Bin Salman Port, approved by Ports and Maritime Affairs, with its own rates administered by the port's operating company, APM Terminals Bahrain. Both tariffs include the official rules, regulations, and charges governing business conducted at ports and private jetties.
